Privacy Policy — NewsForce247.com App
DRAFT — for Zac's approval before this app goes public. Last updated: October 20, 2026.
The NewsForce247.com App ("the App") is published by AudiOH Media Group, Marion, Ohio, for NewsForce247.com and its NewsForce Radio station. Questions: [email protected]
What the App collects
Nothing about you personally. The App has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- Alert preferences — your Breaking News / Promotions on-off choices are stored only on your device.
- Anonymous app counters — when the browser reports that the App was installed, or when the App is first opened from a home-screen icon on a platform that does not report installs, the App sends only the event type, a broad platform category (Android, iOS, or desktop), and how the event was detected. It also records at most one home-screen launch per device per day. These events are combined into aggregate totals; the counter does not store an IP address, create a device identifier, or identify a person.
- Push tokens — if you enable notifications, the push service provides an anonymous device token so alerts can reach your phone. It is not linked to your identity, and it is deleted when you uninstall or turn notifications off.
- Standard server logs — like any website or radio stream, our streaming and web servers automatically record IP addresses and device/browser details for security and for counting total listeners and readers. These logs are not used to identify individual people and are not sold.
What the App does not do
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs in this version.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of personal information — we don't have any to sell.
- No access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or files.
Content from other services
The App plays live radio streams and displays news from NewsForce247.com. Those streams and pages are governed by this same policy while inside the App. Links that open an external website or app are governed by that site's policy.
Children
The App is a general-audience news and radio app. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date before it takes effect.
